The Restaurant
Chef Philippe Remy and his team have the art of combining the classicism and refinement of French cuisine to offer tasty and gourmet dishes.
Each dish is prepared the same day, with a special emphasis on home-made products, including home-smoked salmon. The cuisine is based on fresh produce, carefully selected according to the season, which the chef fetches himself.
Whether it is the vegetables or the Ardenne tomme bought in Beaumont-en-Argonne, 20 minutes from Douzy, we attach importance to working as much as possible in the short circuit

The Coeur d’or offers an à la carte menu, and a dish of the day formula during the week. For those who stay at the hotel, the « soirée étape » formula is available.

Lunch service is from 12:00 to 13:30
Evening service starts at 19:00 and ends at 20:30.
Breakfast
A complete sweet and savoury buffet with pastries, bread, sweet cakes, jams and maple syrup for the sweet part, contrasted with cold cuts and cheeses to start the day.
Served from 7.00 to 10.00 on weekdays
